SB Logistics Offers A Variety Of Logistics And Supply Chain Services, Including But Not Limited To:

Freight Forwarding

Warehousing

Supply Chain Management

Transportation And Delivery Services

Packaging And Handling

Details About The Specific Services Provided Will Be Outlined In Separate Service Agreements And Quotations.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By Using Our Services, You Agree To:

Provide Accurate, Complete, And Up-to-date Information Regarding The Shipments, Including Addresses, Inventory Details, And Any Other Relevant Information.

Ensure All Goods And Items Shipped Comply With Applicable Laws And Regulations, Including Safety, Customs, And Import/export Restrictions.

Properly Package And Label All Items Being Shipped To Minimize The Risk Of Damage Or Loss.

Pay All Fees, Taxes, And Charges Associated With The Services Provided, In Accordance With The Agreed-upon Payment Terms.

3. Pricing And Payment

All Charges For Services Will Be Based On The Current Rates Provided By SB Logistics, Which May Vary Depending On The Type Of Service, Destination, And Weight Or Volume Of The Shipment.

Payments For Services Are Due As Specified In The Service Agreement Or Invoice. Failure To Make Payment In A Timely Manner May Result In Delays Or Cancellation Of Services.

We Reserve The Right To Revise Our Pricing And Services At Any Time, With Notice To Customers Where Applicable.

4. Delivery And Shipping Terms

SB Logistics Will Make Reasonable Efforts To Meet Delivery Deadlines, But We Are Not Liable For Any Delays Beyond Our Control, Such As Weather Conditions, Customs Clearance Issues, Or Unforeseen Events.

The Customer Acknowledges That Delivery Times Are Estimates And Are Not Guaranteed.

Risk Of Loss Or Damage To The Goods Generally Transfers To The Customer Upon Delivery, Except Where Stated Otherwise In The Contract.

5. Liability And Insurance

While We Take All Necessary Precautions To Protect Shipments, SB Logistics Is Not Liable For Any Loss, Damage, Or Delay To Goods While In Transit Unless It Is Due To Our Negligence Or Failure To Comply With Our Own Obligations.

The Customer Is Encouraged To Arrange For Insurance Coverage For Goods Being Shipped, Especially For High-value Items.

In Case Of Loss Or Damage, The Customer Must Notify SB Logistics Within A Specified Time Frame, As Indicated In The Service Agreement, To Initiate A Claim.
